What does that mean for RYSA Coaches?

3x a year (1x Fall/1x Winter/1x Spring) a Lou City Academy Director will put on a session/lead a seminar for RYSA
coaches. -
Lou City FC Youth Academy will share its curriculum with RYSA Directors to use as applicable.

RYSA coaches are able to watch Louisville City academy teams train. RYSA Coaches wishing to watch Lou City
youth team train will contact one of the LCFC-A full time coaching directors. -
Once per year RYSA will have an annual Coaches visitation to watch a Louisville City first team training (Date
TBD). RYSA Coaches will have the opportunity to watch the Louisville City first team to request to watch Lou City
first team training throughout the year, they must contact Mario Sanchez, LCFC Academy Director.
What does that mean for our Players?

RYSA Staff and LCFC staff will collaborate regarding players U11 and above in order to place players in an
environment that will best serve their development. Part of this will be RYSA Directors making
recommendations regarding talented prospective players to LCFC, and LCFC Directors doing the same. LCFC staff will have the ability to ask RYSA Directors for references/opinions. -
During the winter training months, RYSA will make recommendations to Lou City Academy staff of players that
show the requisite skill and commitment level to train with Lou City Academy teams. This will allow players to
showcase their ability to LCFC staff, as well as experiencing a faster speed of the game.
